1. Return and Refund Policy
At SmartGadget, we want you to have a great shopping experience. Since we deal in high-quality electronics and tech items (like cooling fans, airbuds, and data cables), please read our policy carefully:
⏱️ Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 7-Day Checking Warranty from the date of delivery. If your product is damaged, defective, or not working upon arrival, you are fully eligible for an exchange or refund.
⚠️ Conditions for Returns

Unused Condition: The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: It must be in the original box with all accessories (cables, manuals, etc.) included.

Change of Mind: Please note that Change of mind after receiving the product is not applicable for returns/exchanges.
📲 How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Contact Us: Reach out via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Provide Proof: Send your Order Number along with a short video clearly showing the defect/issue.

Shipping Back: Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to our warehouse (customer bears the return shipping cost).
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer within 3-5 working days.
